commissioned by Warner Bros. Discovery to develop a short-form documentary (max. 5-6 mins), which aired on Discovery+ and YouTube channel telling stories from the Black British perspective.

the result:

a short documentary film celebrating the Black British Caribbean community through the lens of the uniqueness and influential house party experience. Speaking to people across 3 generations sharing their experience highlights the contributions made to British culture and highlights a piece of history that isn’t often highlighted.

the impact:

created as part of the Black Britain Unspoken campaign to spotlight under-represented voices through culturally resonant storytelling. Featured across WBD platforms and shared in a panel events and featured in press. The project served as both a celebration and a documentation of Black British identity, reinforcing the power of branded content to elevate underrepresented voices and deepen cultural connection.
